Job application tracker
Keep every job you apply for in one list: where you applied, what happens next and when to follow up. Download it for Excel or print it at any time.
Nothing leaves your device. Your list stays in this browser tab. We don't see it, store it or send it anywhere.
Keep your list
Off by default, so a closed tab loses the list. Turn it on to find your list here next time: it is kept only in this browser on this device (not in a cookie, and never sent to us) until you untick it. Don't use it on a shared or public computer. You can also save the list to a file and open it again later.

Tips for job hunting
- Apply steadily. A few well-matched applications each week usually work better than many rushed ones.
- Follow up politely. If you hear nothing after about a week or two, a short, friendly email asking about the next steps is fine. Use "Copy a follow-up email" on any application.
- Keep each version. Note which CV and cover letter you sent, so you can read them again before an interview.
- Watch for scams. A real employer will not ask you to pay for a job, training or equipment before you start.
Make your documents with our CV maker and cover letter maker, and prepare with the interview answer builder.
